Participants will learn a framework and process for making high quality decisions, and practice specific skills necessary for success: identifying the right process, framing the decision, managing team conflict, and coaching others through each stage of the process.


Leveraging Neuroscience
for Business Impact
Based on Wharton’s Introduction to Brain Science for Business MBA course, this program explores the latest research on engagement, creativity, motivation, decision-making, consumer preferences, and interpersonal interactions. 


Leading with Integrity:
Ethics for the Real World
Designed for business leaders, this course raises awareness about ethically sensitive decisions and provides a set of principles and tools for forming coherent ethical judgments.


Customize Your Curriculum
Tailor the certificate to your own needs by choosing the courses that add value to your decision making and career trajectory. To complete the certificate, participants are required to take Biases in Decision Making and Achieving Strategic Decision Quality and select three additional electives from the 16 executive education courses offered.
